In this article we discuss everything you need to know about Daily Emails.
As with all emails from our system, Daily Emails will be automatically sent to the email address linked to your MOVUS account.
The purpose of the Daily Email is to provide a quick snapshot of both:
1. The health of your equipment, and
2. The health of your FitMachine fleet.
The email is designed so that if anything requires further investigation, or you'd like more detailed information, you can click the 'Open MachineCloud' links to go directly through to your Dashboard.
There are 3 parts to the Daily Summary:
Alarms within the last 24 hours: This provides the number of alarms that have been issued on your equipment in the last 24 hours. The email does not tell you which equipment has alarmed. However, a link taking you to the MachineCloud Dashboard, which does tell you that information, is provided within the email. If you can't find where they are on the MachineCloud please get in touch.
Alarms within the last 7 days: This provides the number of alarms that have been issued on your equipment in the last 7 days. You can use this number to look back in case you missed a daily email or if you missed an alarm the last time you checked the daily email.
Devices reported within the last 24 hours: This gives you a percentage of your FitMachines that reported within the last 24 hours compared to the total number of FitMachine that have been onboarded to your dashboard. This will highlight if any of the FitMachine on your equipment are experiencing issues. If they are, and you are unsure what to do about that, please contact us here.
The Daily Snapshot also includes worst condition equipment. This highlights the top 5 pieces of your equipment that are in the worst condition, so you know, at a glance, what needs your utmost attention.
