      How to Download FitMachine Data

      This is a step-by-step guide to downloading data from your FitMachine sensors (should you not wish to utilise the API capabilities).

      How can it help you?

      If you want to take the data from the FitMachine sensor out of the Dashboard and use it in a different system, you can download a CSV file. If you want to get a picture of the charts from the dashboard you can download them as a PNG file.

      How does it work?

      You can use API access to download FitMachine data. However, within the dashboard, you can download the data that the FitMachine has gathered by following these steps:

      Steps:

      1. Navigate to the Equipment Detail Page
      2. Use the Date Selector to choose which dates you want to download the data between
      3. Use the Download drop down, above the chart you would like to have the information for, to select either Download data as CSV or Download image as PNG

      Please note that the FitMachine data is linked to the MAC address. If you change the MAC address as part of the replacement process, the data will no longer be available on the dashboard.
