[System Features](https://learn.movus.com.au/knowledge/features?hsLang=en#system-features) # Understanding the Equipment Map Page ## See where your FitMachine sensors are located and which Access Points they are connecting to. ### How can it help you? On the Map Page, you can see a visual representation of your devices, their location, and which access points they are connected to, to assist with troubleshooting. This visualisation allows you to see what your connectivity looks like across your plant or site, how connections are persisting over time, and if any areas are dropping off.  ### How does it work? To access the Equipment Map, click on the 'Map' button at the top of your Dashboard.  On this map, you'll see Access Points, FitMachines and 'recent connection' line indicators.  ![app.movus.com.au\_equipment\_map(Old School) (2)](https://learn.movus.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/app.movus.com.au_equipment_map(Old%20School)%20(2).png?width=600&name=app.movus.com.au_equipment_map(Old%20School)%20(2).png) Access Points \[such as a Gateway or WiFi access point\] are displayed as purple pins on your map and are calculated based on the signal strength provided to the FitMachine sensors and their locations on the map. Recent connection line indicators highlight when a device was last connected to a specific Access Point. These are the purple lines across your map. The time frame across which the connections are shown can be filtered using the network filter along the top of the map. You can filter to show connections over the last 30 days, 7 days, 1 day or none.  If you're looking at the detail of an access point or connected devices, you can switch the focus between them. This is done by clicking the grey location pin next to the connected access point or device you would like to see.
